Nice comoany

Very good company to wok with . Food and cafeteria is good and good mentors. Supportive staff. Only need to work on management as it's agent centric. So avoid being biased

It has a collaborative enviornment where a person can grow and learn new things.Under a good manager, you can work peacefully and present quality outputs. Here Manager is like an umbrella, even though he has lot of pressure from higher management but that pressure never came to us.

Productive, grooming & learning

You can work with any BPO after working in IGSL. It learnt me so much, working experience was great. HR team was good and facilities were also advanced.

I want to start my career with BPO industry so that I get an opportunit to communicate with people from various backgrounds . BPO industry is completely customer service oriented . This industry also provides fast earning and growing opportunities.

Productive and fun work place

It was nice working here, there was a balance between work and fun.. we worked closely as a team...We had our monthly team outings sponsored by the company, which was great fun and it was a great team building exercise

Productive and amazing projects which makes one that exposure u need

LikesGood work-life balance but don't expect long leaves to be sanctioned. Otherwise, you can turn off the moment you log-out. Client is good but management expects you to fill out forms and update things on an everyday basis. There's very little automated systems and most of the work is on Excel sheetsMakes you work in many projects and work dynamicallyDislikesVery little real exposure. The project you work on may be uninteresting but cannot expect any change. People are expected to cope up with their tasks even if they face health issues while few projects are allotted to people without proper experience. An extremely average place to work

The work Culture is not at all professional, no work life balance, illogical people at Management level. The BDM team does a great job getting projects but Service delivery is extremely poor by the operations Team

Not for long term

Not for long term ,lots of partiality, no scope for growth at all. Salary to low and increment are very minimal.I would not suggest for someone who is looking for term work.

Good management they will understand your situation and wont put pressure work related. Decent salary for the work you do and there is always overtime if you want to make some extra buck
