I recommend not to work in sales team especially if you are a fresher.

* About 50 members join the company every month and 50 members leave every month. * You must work at least 10 to 11 hours and more than 12 hours during month end. * High-pressure work * If you don't perform well, you will get scolded like anything, and that too in front of everyone. * First month's salary will be credited in 4th month. But 95% of the workers will leave before 4 months. * Incentives are less compared to other ed-tech platforms. * Parking issue is there for vehicles.* No week off during month's end. * Even on public holidays you have to work most of the time. * Salary based on performance ( It was not with my team )* One who is close to the manager will get good leads* Definitely no job security. They will call and tell no need to come from tomorrow onwards. (4 batchmates got terminated for their poor performance)

This is my first job and I can say that Intellipaat is the best place to start your career. Salary is good. Management and team members all are very supportive. They always ready to help you. Working culture is great. Festivals and birthday celebrations. Whenever you perform well they appreciate your work and also give incentives. From the learning perspective, this is the best place for you.

Good place to learn & explore for both fresher's & experienced.

I love the work culture at Intellipaat, the employees are friendly, they help others grow. The management is also supportive they understand the individual's need to have work-life balance. Additionally they will provide good salary.

It was good to work in intellipaat. The atmosphere was good. Friendly environment to work. Good organisation to upgrade your skills which when implemented in the future job, can give you an upgrade.

Productive and fun work place

I learned how to manage typical situations and how to interact with clients and to deal them and also I love my profession and I love my work and is very responsible towards my works and in targets achieved. I definitely achieve targets every month working with dedication and this really shows my hard work. My colleagues are the most important people in my working profession as they are the people who support and encourage a lot.
