Management is clueless, Cannot speak for their team, No learning & growth, No work life balance

Disaster HR Management, Very low salary and only 4 off a month after working more than 10hrs a day. No benefits for staff only for higher management. No learning and growth for employees. No transfer policy for other IHG brand also. Worst property to work for in my entire career.
