Toxic Work Culture
Data Engineer (Former Employee) - Bangalore, Karnataka - July 25, 2021
Management is toxic, creates wedge in team, bad mouths staff engineers, expects boot licking, calls leads and asks for negative feedbacks. Escalation done to HR, no action. Pulse Survey filled, no action. Intuit is a company which makes a lot of noise about being the best workplace, but it doesn't actually care about employees. I am part of Unifies Ingestion Team.
Pros
gifts, free food
Cons
management

Best place to work
Sr. Service and Support Specialist (Former Employee) - Bangalore, Karnataka - September 9, 2020
Intuit is By far the best place that I have worked so far . Intuit has a very friendly culture and you feel like going to work each day. The positivity in Intuit office can be felt, the moment you step in the office premises. Teams are ready to collaborate to achieve one common goal.
Pros
Benefits, Salary, Working culture, Management, Focused on goals.
Cons
Its hard to find similar work culture as intuit, in any other organisation

Pathetic India Management
Senior Engineering Manager (Former Employee) - Bengaluru, Karnataka - June 26, 2020
The top management in India is very strong and has a strong clout of people close to each other. If a director does not like you then you can be fired any moment, HR is just a formality and Directors of departments run the show.
Pros
Salary, Benefits, Stocks, Food, Insurance
Cons
Job Security, No Respect

Extremely satisfied
Senior Consultant (Former Employee) - Chennai - March 5, 2020
Great place to work with. Competitive, motivation and understanding process. I started as an executive. I never thought of growing myself with a confidence level in the beginning. I had to face all kind of challenges as everyone go through but yet it is an understanding process. They encourage your ideas and they help you to groom to the next level. Fun place to work with. I really miss those moments. All I would say is I would love to work again with it.

It's not good for contract employee. They do not get any benefit. Horrible heavy laptop for the contractor. Should be available all the time for support.

strong leadership
Principal Software Engineer (Current Employee) - Bengaluru, Karnataka - September 10, 2018
Intuit has a lot of focus on strong leadership and values its employees first. It flows all the way from the CEO.
The quality of technical talent is average and the company is making a conscious effort to improve the technical strength and pivot to a more engineering culture.
