Hardest part of the job is to achieve your monthly target. Because leads that has been provided by company are not good enough. Work culture is good but you will never get your salary on time. Events organized by company is always mind blowing and culture is quite good.

Don't join this company they are just making fool pathetic environment, worse culture, releasing salary by holding two months current salary and after resignation they just stand their hands nobody will respond your calls and messages, mail

Poor work culture and disrespectful treatment of employees

I am writing to express my disappointment with my experience working at Investors Clinic, the property firm. I regret to say that the company's culture is appalling, with a lack of respect for women and an unnecessarily stressful work environment.One of the most concerning issues I encountered during my time at Investors Clinic was the lack of respect shown toward female employees. It is unfortunate that such a large and reputable company would allow such behavior to occur in the workplace.Furthermore, I found that the salary payments were consistently delayed, which caused a great deal of financial stress for me and my family. Additionally, the company put excessive pressure on employees to achieve unrealistic targets, which created an environment of stress and anxiety.Another concern was the lack of fixed timings, which made it difficult for me to balance work and personal life.Overall, I would not recommend Investors Clinic as a workplace, due to its toxic culture and lack of respect for employees. I hope that management takes the necessary actions to address these concerns and make the workplace a more respectful and pleasant environment for all employees.

Worst management i have seen ever

Guys don't get trap by them.. They exploit employee..You don't get salary into account.. Second after working a month.. tou will get your cash salary after 15th of next month..only if you have achieved target of profit amount of triple of your salary. Do not waste your valuable time by working for them.

Bogus company without ethics

This company is making fool to their clients , or strate away you can say that they are phishing clients for dumped project. They are not paying salary in your bank accounts they are providing salary in cash. You have to wait for 26 more days after a month to get your salary.

Employee referral jobs, total anarchy, no business module or anything, just showbiz that too without business, no salary payments even if you continue performing, if you're lucky , you might get a month or two's salary otherwise no salary culture.Just ensure you get them enough cash in unfair dealings so that they ADJUST your salary from your business. Leave the future, present and past themselves are sheer dark here. Top management just has to get their share of theft.
