Nothing else to say about this. I had a good experience in this company, but I worked has contract employee so that I didn't get any benefits and moreover it was a contract period.

Very stressful and no work-life balance

Work is too stressful with 6th day work and Overtime everyday. It's not your wish but compulsory and they do not pay for it also. No job security and they fire employees even for personal vengeance.They don't value their employees at all.No proper management and no corporate environment.

Good place to start your career

Iopex is the starting point of my career..I have found my path there. And coworkers were motivated very well. I never regret working with Iopex at all. Though the salary is less and the night shifts are hectic..still I learned a lot from there. I would say it's the best place for beginners

Most of the execuitive are former employees of Major MNC like BT and through back channel and their personal contact they get business and charge hefty amount. No ethics, No Leadership quality, It lacks everything that a Organization stands for. Reviewing their official document, Contracts, SOPs, Process Documents, were written like a school student writing a essay. Personally I would not hire their employess even for a receptionist position. Too much of attitued and lack of empathy by the so called leaders and executive. A big NO NO to joining
