I worked as a project engineer , Great company to work , learned many new latest technology software and hardware programming. Providing training to others is a boon , We can grow a lot ,each day is unique, daily new learning . Friendly Colleagues and happy environment Friendly Management , if we need support , can get it from them easily.8 Hour Job no extra hoursVery well structured employee leave and holiday policies.Salary and incentive on-time no delaysIf you want past paced technology growth IPCS is a best choice.

Productive yet not worth for employees

No respect for employees
Low compensation
Fun environment
Stress free
They will fire you within an year because they do not want to give you a salary raise. They know there are so much qualified unemployed people in India, who would work even without no compensation
