Best recommended for competitive souls
Overall its good for learning the initial steps of recruiting. Their initiatives are good from the top, however things get a bit stressful and the ideas are hard to continue and keep in practice. Best recommended for competitive souls. The benefits are okay.

Good Place to Work, Excellent Communication Skills and Good work stability is all that you need!!
Iplace is an offshore recruitment company, working with multiple business clients/ partners. Employees are appreciated via incentives for good performance, employees are divided in clusters under different VP's, team leaders and captions. Training is also provided in easy manner, Sufficient time and full support are provided for low performance employees to improve their performance. Healthy Work environment.

Competitive but fun place
Competitive but fun place to work at. People are very understanding and approachable with no formal working environment. The pay is however not fair to the work performed.

Good Culture
iPlace helps a lot of people to learn and grow who really are unaware about the business idea of Outsourcing for staffing/recruiting companies based in various different regions on this planet. This company has good culture of very less pressure and does have a lot of activities which maintains work-life balance. They pay average to less to freshers / Non-industry experienced people. The management seems to be confused sometimes with the decision-making part but at the end they gotta run an organization. In terms of learning they have new innovative ideas where freshers can have easy access to portals of their learning management system even being at home. Overall fair company to start off with.
