iPlace helps a lot of people to learn and grow who really are unaware about the business idea of Outsourcing for staffing/recruiting companies based in various different regions on this planet. This company has good culture of very less pressure and does have a lot of activities which maintains work-life balance. They pay average to less to freshers / Non-industry experienced people. The management seems to be confused sometimes with the decision-making part but at the end they gotta run an organization. In terms of learning they have new innovative ideas where freshers can have easy access to portals of their learning management system even being at home. Overall fair company to start off with.

Can say that it is an Ok company. Can join for 2 years at the most. Management is biased and does not give the advice upto the mark. Favouritism is their thumb rule. Groupism persists accordingly in the main leading people.

A very nice company to work with. The Japan team is very supportive and nice friendly teams. Senior management is also very cooperative. Good work culture and have fun activities every Friday.

Love the work culture especially the open-door policy. iPlace is an employee-centric organization. The appraisal system is performance based (through Launchpad gamification) which keeps everyone motivated. The management is friendly, and you will find a lot of growth opportunities. If you want to develop your career in recruitment, then iPlace is the best place to work for. You will also get the chance to participate in various sports activities, events, and CSR activities. A good place to work only if you can handle working night shifts. The benefits are great and the management is very friendly and chilled. But the crowd there is from call center background. Difficult to adjust at times.

iPlace is a US based company where we work for the US. We have a lot of US clients and we hire people from the US to work for them. Recruitment and Sourcing are the most important that we learn and the techniques and skills to master them. The management is overall good. They support you in your journey at the company. The initial placement is a little hard to get but once you have crossed that bridge your journey gets easier. US holiday celebrations and Fun Friday celebrations are the most enjoyable events.

You cannot leave unless you complete your target which means you have to stay back after work hours.

Now we are talking. Let me take you through this point wise- 1. To get started off with let's talk about the work culture. Now the work culture there is okay but how do you work on making something that is okay to something that is good or better. If you own a company how would you feel if your employees are shouting and are behaving in an unprofessional manner on the floor? The place where people work is the place where everything has to be done professionally.how would you feel if your company's manager is shouting from one end of the office towards another end of the office, that is not being professional that is being in efficiently unprofessional. Now who is in charge of this if something like this happens? The management right? This is where we move to the next point. 2. Now the whole point of the management is to "MANAGE" the company or a particular department in that company. How do you manage your employees? You help them in self-motivation or conduct such programs or activities which increase their motivation. Now if an employee is doing extremely well what will you do to motivate him or her? The company will or should give him or her an adequate raise in position as well as a monetary raise. No one is in this business just two or an appreciation. Appreciation is a kind of motivation but it will lead nowhere if there is no output for the one who is working so hard for that appreciation.
