iPlace helps a lot of people to learn and grow who really are unaware about the business idea of Outsourcing for staffing/recruiting companies based in various different regions on this planet. This company has good culture of very less pressure and does have a lot of activities which maintains work-life balance. They pay average to less to freshers / Non-industry experienced people. The management seems to be confused sometimes with the decision-making part but at the end they gotta run an organization. In terms of learning they have new innovative ideas where freshers can have easy access to portals of their learning management system even being at home. Overall fair company to start off with.
Worst experience was working with iplace. They make you do overtime without paying you anything for it. If you dont know how to lick behind please dont join
Management does favouritism and removes people within 3-4 months after stressing them completely
Can say that it is an Ok company. Can join for 2 years at the most. Management is biased and does not give the advice upto the mark. Favouritism is their thumb rule. Groupism persists accordingly in the main leading people.
Salary is fair enough
Management is not that good
Pros: Chill environment Long breaks as long as you are performing Cons: Management is pathetic and not helpful at all. Leaders pressurise you when you are not performing rather than identifying problem. All reviews on glassdoor are fake. That's part of their work strategy No hike
A very nice company to work with. The Japan team is very supportive and nice friendly teams. Senior management is also very cooperative. Good work culture and have fun activities every Friday.
Love the work culture especially the open-door policy. iPlace is an employee-centric organization. The appraisal system is performance based (through Launchpad gamification) which keeps everyone motivated. The management is friendly, and you will find a lot of growth opportunities. If you want to develop your career in recruitment, then iPlace is the best place to work for. You will also get the chance to participate in various sports activities, events, and CSR activities. In short just an awesome work environment with awesome people!!!!
Performance-Based Culture, Launchpad Gamification, Benefits provided – Gym, Free Health Checkups, Free Meals, Health Insurance, Pf, Gratuity
Nothing as of now
A good place to work only if you can handle working night shifts. The benefits are great and the management is very friendly and chilled. But the crowd there is from call center background. Difficult to adjust at times.
We want to help you find great companies. Help us be the best!

Management more like Family. Too much of politics and partiality. Only the family grows, rest are just working hard and achieving nothing. Ceo and coo busy taking foreign trips with girls and not focusing on the company. Stupid launchapad game. Gamification has changed everything Worst company to work with

Performance Based Culture, Repect, Knowledge and Creativity, Integrity, Transparent Growth Structure through LaunchPad, Excellent Growth Environment
Excellent management team facilitates personal growth of all employees. Great offices, excellent perks and the best incentives program in India. It a performance-based culture. Expect to work hard and play hard. Great for entry level employees wanting to start their careers in international recruiting.
Massage center, valet parking, training, automatic salary and promotions based on performance
No Indian holidays because clients are all foreign-based.
Typical day at work consists of managing both employees and clients, while also developing long term strategies to grow the business to 10,000 employees by 2025. I have learned a lot about the international recruiting industry and have been mentored by the CEO to develop myself personally. I pay that back by developing training and development programs to help all employees reach their potential as international business professionals. The most enjoyable part of my job is watching the people I work with gain confidence, improve their skill sets, stretch themselves to achieve their dreams... there literally is nothing better than transforming lives and we do it every day here at iPlace, for our clients, for the company, our employees and our candidates who find great jobs.
Free massage center, valet parking, beautifully maintained state-of-the-art international office setting, open management
Patience is required when growing as quickly as we are, trust your managers
iPlace is a US based company where we work for the US. We have a lot of US clients and we hire people from the US to work for them. Recruitment and Sourcing are the most important that we learn and the techniques and skills to master them. The management is overall good. They support you in your journey at the company. The initial placement is a little hard to get but once you have crossed that bridge your journey gets easier. US holiday celebrations and Fun Friday celebrations are the most enjoyable events.
A lot of fun activities so you never get bored.
You cannot leave unless you complete your target which means you have to stay back after work hours.
iPlace is a great place to start your career. A fun and young workplace with great incentives if you are a performer. The management is co-operative and you can grow very fast in the company.
Incentives, Work Culture
Now we are talking. Let me take you through this point wise- 1. To get started off with let's talk about the work culture. Now the work culture there is okay but how do you work on making something that is okay to something that is good or better. If you own a company how would you feel if your employees are shouting and are behaving in an unprofessional manner on the floor? The place where people work is the place where everything has to be done professionally.how would you feel if your company's manager is shouting from one end of the office towards another end of the office, that is not being professional that is being in efficiently unprofessional. Now who is in charge of this if something like this happens? The management right? This is where we move to the next point. 2. Now the whole point of the management is to "MANAGE" the company or a particular department in that company. How do you manage your employees? You help them in self-motivation or conduct such programs or activities which increase their motivation. Now if an employee is doing extremely well what will you do to motivate him or her? The company will or should give him or her an adequate raise in position as well as a monetary raise. No one is in this business just two or an appreciation. Appreciation is a kind of motivation but it will lead nowhere if there is no output for the one who is working so hard for that appreciation. Appreciation does not give you a status, appreciation will not give you more in terms of Monetary terms. An actual raise in terms of monetary and an actual raise in your designation - more...
