Overall its good for learning the initial steps of recruiting. Their initiatives are good from the top, however things get a bit stressful and the ideas are hard to continue and keep in practice. Best recommended for competitive souls. The benefits are okay.
iPlace helps a lot of people to learn and grow who really are unaware about the business idea of Outsourcing for staffing/recruiting companies based in various different regions on this planet. This company has good culture of very less pressure and does have a lot of activities which maintains work-life balance. They pay average to less to freshers / Non-industry experienced people. The management seems to be confused sometimes with the decision-making part but at the end they gotta run an organization. In terms of learning they have new innovative ideas where freshers can have easy access to portals of their learning management system even being at home. Overall fair company to start off with.
With a great working culture and the opportunity to explore yourself in different areas is a major benefit over here. Well, the motivation is a little different but once you recognize your level of motivation, then definitely that's your deal. Good place to work :) Happy Bee :)
I have been working at iPlace for 5 years now. The benefits provided by iPlace are just amazing. The work culture is amazing and lively. If you are looking to make your career into recruitment, iPlace is the best place to start with.
Gym membership, health benefits, free meals, cab service, tuition reimbursement
No cons to mention.
It's been wonderful to be a part of the iPlace. Great Work Culture, you are in charge of what you are doing and feel appreciated. The best thing is We Make a Difference program which helps not only our personal lives but also the people in need. I just love this as not many who would think about society. Feels awesome to work with a talented team.
High Incentives, Great work policies, Very Helpful Colleagues
Nothing to mention.
Great place to work, a really good place for freshers who want to learn and grow their career into recruitment. Good work life balance. Work is definitely on targets but achievable and has one of the best CEOs.
free lunch, free gym membership and cab services
A good place to work only if you can handle working night shifts. The benefits are great and the management is very friendly and chilled. But the crowd there is from call center background. Difficult to adjust at times.
Management more like Family. Too much of politics and partiality. Only the family grows, rest are just working hard and achieving nothing. Ceo and coo busy taking foreign trips with girls and not focusing on the company. Stupid launchapad game. Gamification has changed everything Worst company to work with
Excellent management team facilitates personal growth of all employees. Great offices, excellent perks and the best incentives program in India. It a performance-based culture. Expect to work hard and play hard. Great for entry level employees wanting to start their careers in international recruiting.
Massage center, valet parking, training, automatic salary and promotions based on performance
No Indian holidays because clients are all foreign-based.
iPlace is a great place to start your career. A fun and young workplace with great incentives if you are a performer. The management is co-operative and you can grow very fast in the company.
Incentives, Work Culture
iPlace USA has a very open work culture. Here incentives, promotions are given on solely on the basis of how you perform. iPlace has a youth driven Work force, which makes the company more lively. here people believe in "Work Hard and Party Harder".
Performance-Based Work Culture
Now we are talking. Let me take you through this point wise- 1. To get started off with let's talk about the work culture. Now the work culture there is okay but how do you work on making something that is okay to something that is good or better. If you own a company how would you feel if your employees are shouting and are behaving in an unprofessional manner on the floor? The place where people work is the place where everything has to be done professionally.how would you feel if your company's manager is shouting from one end of the office towards another end of the office, that is not being professional that is being in efficiently unprofessional. Now who is in charge of this if something like this happens? The management right? This is where we move to the next point. 2. Now the whole point of the management is to "MANAGE" the company or a particular department in that company. How do you manage your employees? You help them in self-motivation or conduct such programs or activities which increase their motivation. Now if an employee is doing extremely well what will you do to motivate him or her? The company will or should give him or her an adequate raise in position as well as a monetary raise. No one is in this business just two or an appreciation. Appreciation is a kind of motivation but it will lead nowhere if there is no output for the one who is working so hard for that appreciation. Appreciation does not give you a status, appreciation will not give you more in terms of Monetary terms. An actual raise in terms of monetary and an actual raise in your designation - more...
No work life balance
Management is not very employee friendly or very supportive. No effort is taken to create a bond between employee and management. All requests are declined on the face. HR & Training department not very efficient.
Pick-n-Drop; Salary good as per the market rate, specially for freshers.
Night Shift, No transition to day shift, Salary deduction on sick leaves.
It is a recruitment agency which lets recruiters interact with clients and manage their own account.iPlace has it's own academy that helps recruiters sharpen their skills and progress in their career. The management is knowledgeable when it comes to recruitment and related activities. However, people management in this company seems like a big challenge. The company is filled with young and ambitious crowd and you would love to work with your peers. Most challenging part of working here is that you may find yourself in a situation where keeping your client and the management happy will be a tough task as you are almost directly accountable for the companies growth. On the other hand it is fun working with the clients directly and learning and growing is a continuous process here.
