Too much workload and is very hectic.

The work is very interesting, but it is very hectic. There is no work life balance. You only have to set your boundaries. It was my first job and I used to work alot, but with time you will understand that the work will never end. One simple formula i have learnt is "GOOD WORK = MORE WORK" Salary is also not that great for the amount of work we do and increments are in bits and pieces.

Too many internal processes

There is a huge opportunity to learn but many aren't willing to teach. There is no proper structure of onboarding a new joinee and KT on projects. The instructions and training at the company level is great but it's very difficult to implement hardly anything because of the process heavy structure and lack of staff.
