The consideration the management have for women emloyees and overall happy place to work.
Clinical Data Coordinator (Former Employee) - Bengaluru, Karnataka - May 20, 2022
Started my career with IQVIA. Managers and peers were so welcoming and very patient with mentoring. Learned a lot about my job duties and was promoted very quickly. Management was good and supportive. The hardest part of the job was to keep up with work and prioritize timelines, as I was handling multiple studies at one time. The best part of being part of this organization was a healthy work culture and happy colleagues.

Good place to work only if you plan to settle down, don't care about your learning curve or salay hikes.
Software Developer (Former Employee) - Bengaluru, India - May 1, 2022
This company has a good job security. Other than that it's an institution with no regard for employees. It's "hire and forget". HR don't care about you, won't get any hike even when the company profits and shares are off the charts. The management there is the worse, they won't mess with you but neither will they support you in any ways. And no perks or nothing. In short a mentally depression place to work. The more hard work you do, the more depressed you will be.

Good
Software Developer (Current Employee) - Bengaluru, Karnataka - March 2, 2022
Job security , planning and execution done by team so work pressure is minimal, salary is now pretty good in the company due to talent crunch , work - life is at its best here ..really cant compare this with other org.. Dislikes Management needs a overall , better to get good leaders from Top consulting companies like Accenture , Cognizant etc ..as most of the time the current leaders are clueless and directionless. Many employees have left recently due to no proper directions..it changes every year and company spends a fortune to plan the new strategy which anyway changes next year. The team culture depends on which dept you join ..there is micromanagement in most of the teams. no tools to measure productivity or utalization - managers do it manually and employees estimate and enter 8.5 hours daily ..really do they work 8.5 hours..? learning new tech depends on which team you join , most of them are older ones and some teams (priviledged few ) get to work on AIML or big data
