Good to join for short term , max banking projects and have legacy technologies but few projects are actually working on latest tecs.some have long working hours , min work life balance

It's a good company if you are on project.Management and policies are employee centric. Better HR than other organisations.Just they don't have more projects now a days .

Not a good place to work

Company doesn't care about their employees. They just do the outsourcing. They hire you by saying Java Spring Boot development but no such work will be given at client side. Client works on their own technology. Also, if you express your concern to change project they won't listen. No work life balance. Only good thing is they are providing remote working.

At least in my project work life was not balanced. And they do micro management also.

Micro management is there, they ask to fill even a short break in the timesheet.Work life balance is not there.Managers says, we don't have a finish time of work everyday. Managers ask to extend the work hour every day.

Manager driven policy. Not easy to change the project and tech stack. Not good with internal grout. Long hours evenif wokk on weekend. If you are bench then it will be big trouble

Old employees are not helpful and if ask help then they will behave unprofessional. Lot of pressure. Over all not good company. Half of the revenue generate from citibank. Citi is a worst client.Micromanagement.

A use and throw type lala company

It's a lala company. They will hire you when you have leading skills and will not allow you to do any trainings. Will throw you out once you are outdated. Also, instead grooming and promoting internal resources they prefer to hire pathetic managers from market who uses this platform as training ground.
