Day looks so exiting, Many things like working with type of people, how we start the day . Everyone is supportive and even Management looks into individual specific requirement if anything is needed. Work is so relaxable and also intense sometimes.

Good workplace for volunteers, not for paid staff's

Not suitable for professionals or skilled people's. There is no growth for staff's, unskilled volunteers may dominat over skilled staff. There is no opportunity to develop skills. In some of the department skilled professionals gradually may loss their skills.
