  • Yes there are good product and good company.

  • Provide opportunities to promote experienced employees for higher position instead of recruiting immature n freshers IITs.
    Hike Salary yearly minimum 5% atleast.

    Need more transparency in appraisal system, it should not be on personal relationship basis.

  • YES , THERE MUST BE A PROPER PROCEDURE TO TRACK PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEES & OPPORTUNITY MUST BE PROVIDED TO THOSE WHO REALLY DESERVE

  • Give growth to the deserving basis on their work and not on 1day stint

  • Make the job environment more liberal and change many old rigid rules related to work culture
