It's an EXCELLENT COMPANY. It has multi brand products. It's working style is in such a manner that one has to meet targets in a given time and at the same time has liberty with no bossism. Yearly increments are good based on performance. Salary and promotions are not an issue here.
Working at a reputed FMCG company is always a challenging task because of severe pressure to remain at the top. That challenging atmosphere teaches you lot of things about corporate world. The work culture at ITC was very co-operative and fun. The seniors are always there to help their juniors. Even seniors don't mind to take suggestion from their juniors. Company organize get together on regular basis to relax their employees.
Free Lunch, Circle Meet
No fix working hours
As we all know sales are very jobs. We worked from 10 am to 8 pm and sometimes more than that. We have to give our sales report weekly. Sometimes its tough to work for whole day but its also good to gain new experiences everyday. So overall it was nice time to work with ITC.
all in all the company is very good and takes care of all its employees we stars our day by 10 am conducts gate meeting with all sales staff. Gives them days targets reminds them of balance monthly tgts and acheivements till date. i learned systems and proccess of company should be in order to run the distributors and company smoothly. Management is always with us to motivate us and help us always. All co workers are of helping nature,we use to have competition among ourselves and gets rewards from Branch Manager.
