It a worst place for printing, even you can die while woring, managers are animals not human being they aim at earning money
It is a good place for beginners to learn about printing, but do not continue will die very soon i last my life so i advise the younger. No one is true in its work they cheat each other even the managers
Great Learning and culture.Too many categories and hence more pressure.They spend a lot on Training and development, hence there is a lot to learn.Brand name is enough for your career.

really it was a great learning with itc ltd good working atmosphere i have never been expose to the fmcg market it was totally different from my previous experience seniors were very supportive specially i learned about the systems and processes how to handle the Distributors and the big infrastructure
