Workplace gives more chance to develop skills and knowledge. Work culture is very good. Employees and management are very co operative in ways. Best place for the fresher.
It is a good place for beginners to learn about printing, but do not continue will die very soon i last my life so i advise the younger. No one is true in its work they cheat each other even the managers

Not much learning scope, management not supportive, hectic time schedule working full day even on sundays with no week day off, not much fun time and employee engagement

Excellent place to work. Different scenarios to face and it is a good learning every day. Management is awesome and very streamlined. Bosses are the real bosses who are supporting for new joiner and to make the company grow as well.
Best company in tamilnadu. 8 hours work. I was learned how to operate the printing machine. Working culture is very interesting . Fully learning based company.
Immense learning. You will be given opportunities to handle various roles. Job security is top notch. Friendly colleagues . But the growth is slow. Less salary compared to the market

It was great working in ITC as the level of acknowledgement was the highest among competitors, there was no issues related to benefits and facilities. Great Team makes a great workplace.
