Good cforompany for learning. No one day all day is typical day no office for working. No working time very poor management. very typical working procedure.

It's an EXCELLENT COMPANY. It has multi brand products. It's working style is in such a manner that one has to meet targets in a given time and at the same time has liberty with no bossism. Yearly increments are good based on performance. Salary and promotions are not an issue here.
Best companies have always had a strong emphasis on internal workplace culture, the result of which is a strong team who shared common sets of valves. On a personal level, I have benefited from the belief of my manager and the freedom to find areas where I can add most valve. I have never lacked when wanting to do things the right way.
