Senior's are actually good and helping in nature

Cons

Official time is 9-5:30 but if you are in production then forgot it, you'll have to spend extra unpaid hours in company

There are good sinor to teach you. And new projects giving you to elaborate your self with good knowledge . Only salary increment is low rated they will only give you salary as low as possible

there is lot of things to learn like how to make matal cutting machines like Band saw machine , circular saw machine. the working environment of ITL is very good and every body has always ready to give you knowledge about things.
