Politics and no transparency workplace

Day starts with Daily Standup where someone will go on blabbering about projects and nobody seems to be interested. It starts one minute earlier that scheduled time and by the time we join ontime, people will be leaving.I have learned nothing here. You are expected learn on your own and even if you make effort to learn things, you will be at cross roads and there is no help from peers or seniors. There is no job security, no training and dont expect others to help you. It is very difficult for a newbie to survive here. They expect you to work straight away without understanding environment and customer requirements. Lots of projects are being redone due to this.

Work life balance is really good. You can gain a good knowledge based on the team that you are in. Average pay. I would recommend if you want to have a chill non-stressful work. Peaceful collaborative environment. Each and every person tends to help others. Very good working environment.

No Stress. Its a func place to work. Good work life balance. Managers are friendly. Lot of support from a lot of people. Compensation could have been better.

No growth in technical skills Politics everywhere Lot of people stay because they are not good enough to get a good salary job than this Not good for anyone If you dont know to work, then this is the right place. Haramse enjoy madi.
