I wish I could be hired again
Administrative Assistant (Former Employee) - Mumbai, Maharashtra - June 12, 2023
I worked for JP Morgan Chase India Pvt Ltd and I grew as a professional in the nine years I spent my career with this amazing company. It was unfortunate I was looking to relocate and there were openings in Toronto and due to paperwork I missed the opportunity only then I realized that probably it was best to leave. Their work culture, professionalism and growth is spectacular, you can be yourself.

Assistant Manager (Former Employee) - Mumbai, Maharashtra - August 2, 2022
Indian manager manipulates a lot and there is lot of politics and favouritism between employees, this not good place to work as management outside India does not pay attention on employees growth

Politics at every level!
Vice President - Technical Program Manager (Current Employee) - Hyderabad, Telangana - May 7, 2022
India management is confuse about the future plans/vision. They just take orders from US management. Bossy culture, people respect you or listens to you based on your title. It used to be great earlier but in last couple of years many good leaders have left the company and are replaced by incapable leaders most coming from service based companies.
Pros
Pay and bonuses are decent, Brand name, Internal mobility is easy and is encouraged, Your job will be safe as this is a huge org and you can move around to different derpartaments
Cons
Incapable higher management, Bossy Culture, Poor work life balance, Poor quality of work mostly BAU and manual/monitory sort of work will be sent to india, Politics at every level, promotions and appraisal process is a joke here

Go if you want to work for global brand name. Work and technology depends on your team.
Software Engineer (Former Employee) - Hyderabad - April 2, 2022
Some teams are good, some teams have a toxic work environment. It depends on the team you are into. The Tech stack is very bad. They have their own cloud but are not highly available.

Productive and Challenging Only if we are lucky enough to onboard into right teams
Senior Application Engineer (Current Employee) - Hyderabad, Telangana - April 1, 2022
Work culture should get improved and management is like kind of biased. Not much welcoming to the new comers to that org and domain. But again all this is against the team or LOB u were involved. This is my personal experience and not that good. Better do some research on the team/product u were going before making the toss. Good Luck!

Good place to work with helpful colleagues.
FTE (Team Member) (Former Employee) - Bengaluru, Karnataka - March 30, 2022
The only thing i did not like is cooling period is 1 years for ETE employees which is really a long duration. If once wants to enjoin the firm they need to wait for one whole year that is actually way too much.
