The management is very good and are open to ideas and a good place to work at but since being a privately held the opprotunitiesies of going at the Top management is very limited.

my co workers are good and helpful. scope is not given to learn.management imposes things unnecessarily.the hardest part of the job is unable to reach a decission.the enjoyble part of the job is when the problem is solved by taking actions by myself.
