Work Life balance.

The perks are good and then talking about the work-life balance is then perfect with the flexible work timings that just add the cherry on the top.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. Culture is bit toxic here. you have to be in good books of managers. work culture is relaxed though.so that is positive side. but growth is not good. so you can join for few years

Pot lucks and Traditional dress code was awesome

Enjoyed working with the firm for 8.5 years with lots of ups and downs. I will every cherish the moments with my colleagues with whom I worked.People were very helping. I will not forget the culture at JP Morgan.

Happy to work in JPMC

JPMC is great company to work for long time.Great work life balance, very good learning opportunities.Most of thethe managers are really good and supportive.Good work get recognized through awards.Free cab facility.

Good place to work with decent benefits

It's a very good company to work. Pay is decent, annual hike as well bonus is also good. If you get a good manager then it will be very easy, otherwise some managers like to micromanage things.
