I would not recommend this company to anyone. Culture is bit toxic here. you have to be in good books of managers. work culture is relaxed though.so that is positive side. but growth is not good. so you can join for few years

There is always something or the other going on apart from your daily work. So you feel involved. Only problem is they are not flexible for location for specially for females.

Good Work Culture but no work life balance

Not recommended for people who are not good in politics

Fake Brand in India.No standard of operating and parties/get-together.Micro-management at its best.Never join a Team where you have 2 high experienced guys in Team and no middle management. They are jealous of new employee even though they have good pay.

Team matters the most, but overall it is a good company to work. Salary and other perks are nice. 3 Day work from Office and 2 day work from home. Leave policies are nice.

I simply love this organization
I have been here since last 5 years and I really love it more and more unlike all of my previous organization. The org is really employee centric and takes care of them. Yes the work is more but still doesn't harms your work-life balance. Awesome and honest growth opportunities in the org.

Literally just nothing. May be the release process needs little modernization, but they are themselves aware of it, and working towards it already.

Good Company but less hikes
They provide good percentage hikes during hiring but after that yearly hikes are not up to the mark, moreover you would get a decent bonus every year - overall a good company. Learning and opportunities depends on the technology you will be working on and your project.

Great company with good benefits
I have been working at JP Morgan for more than 4 years. It is one of the best banks to work at. Work life balance is good. You feel respected at work.

Fine place to work

Work life balance is there just sometimes you need to work on weekends but you can also get a week day off as compensation. Day starts early and people leave early too. They maintain code quality, can push delivery dates but no compromise to standards defined. Salary is average.

JP Morgan is an excellent place to work in. There is professionalism at all levels and the management is always ready to support the employee. It is important for the individual to be a Subject Matter Expert who knows his job inside out. The culture is good and enhances professionalism. The hardest part of the job is the timings and the most enjoyable part of the job is the work ethic which promotes honesty and hard work.
