The organisation maintains a great work life balance and provides you with ownership and decision making opportunities to help you grow in the corporate world.People who are self driven would cherish working here.
Good comps, work life balance
No hand holding for less experienced
Good company and the yearly appraisals are good too. Paperwork during interview process takes a bit too long where an entire day goes in just submitting the papers
get free sodexho coupons for lunch
paperwork during interview is a bit long
My overall experience working in this company was also not very good because their basic training module is also not good, and they have some inexperienced trainers who don't know how to train the new comer to company, I know it is sad for a company like J P Morgan chase to have such a pathetic situation in ther organisation, sorry about that, this is my frank opinion about this company and so I will not recommend anybody to join this company
Nothing as of now
An amazing work culture, strictly professional environmentd so much learning, had a great time working with the leaders and got to engage in various projects.
Professional and great career opportunities
Worst company i had ever seen in my life.Waste management who dont have a minimum commonsense. They give importance only to the buttleringe candidates.Managers in this company don't no how to manage the work.Uncessarilly they make to stretch. They will put a lot of pressure. They dont give chance to every one to grow in company.
Company as a whole it is good company and one of the american largest bank with a brand so it has both pros and cons to work for such big company. If you want to join a brand tech driven company then it is not the one you are looking for. I want to share some of cons which i observed in India office, 1) Apart from your technical skill you need to be a handy man around, market yourself to your manager and senior managers if you want growth in your career path. 2) Politics, bureaucracy, favoritism and regional group ism do exist. 3) Even if you got high rating score consistently, manager will not come to you and voluntarily give you promotion, you need to ask and beg for it.HR management team must work on in this area to keep the house clean inside instead of hiring people from outside giving big pay check because people who are doing good work consistently for 3-4 years will be loyal and continue doing so in coming year too and company should not loose such people.
Yearly Bonus, Good Salary, Job Security, Good Brand
Politics, bureaucracy, favoritism and regional group ism

Secure job, Stable management, Safe work environment, Zero Tolerance to Harassments of any type
Benefits like Insurance, perks can be better
The team at Mumbai is very friendly to work with. Good work life balance, compensation and benefits. Work might get monotonous for an ambitious analyst, but you will do just fine if you want to settle down.
