Overall it ws really very good experience to work at Jagsonpal , products very good plus firld force ws also hard working with good experience in the company. Only problem was no coordination between field force and HO bevause of monetary and various issues.

Job insecurity as no KRAs, confused management, Not focused and lacks professionalism

Lacks KRA so all waits as and when work comes, not to accept offer letter without written KRA, Unprofessional and slow, Stress, Lacks goal , 5 days a week is most enjoyable

What is the best part of working at the company?What I have learnt in my life , that is from jagsonpal..not only in pharma sales n marketing, about life too.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Working in jagsonpal used to act as stress reliever ,as I felt it was my own company n had devoted my everything in it .What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Situation wise the best possible environment as work s concern, n regarding company's culture i had given maximum priority , even than my own family..because working environment n culture depends on each and every employees personal contribution s on their views , attachments , thinking , and dedications to build it.What is a typical day like for you at the company?It's like doing something or contributing for home.

Sufficient scope of learning & transparency in work environment

Enough scope of learning & transparency in work environment. People are very cooperative and believe in knowledge sharing. Even upper management is very humble, always open to suggestions and believes in resolving the problem rather than blaming the persons involved.

Good management but lack good products , not having introduced new products has affected company , career growth is very poor

it was nice working with jagsonpal pharmaceuticals ltd.There was lot of enjoyment with the collegues and work was productive we use to get proper results due to the proper management cooperation.hardest part was to convince the stockiest to give the good orders.i learned a lot in working in this environment of the company i.e convincing ability, generating business etc.the most enjoyable part was to move in the city.
