One of best companies in irrigation segment

At the beggining you are excited to work in rural and village segment, mostly engineers with bachlor, s degree got job in marketting irrigation products , where you have to communicate with customer, s and handling dealer network. Politics in this company is much higher,some senior officer makes hurdles in your carrier although you are capable ,having much more hard work with honesty . If you talk about pending dues, I can assure you this company will clear your all dues, pending issues. Companies ownership is in good hands, you can trust blindly.

Pros

You are paid daily allowance for your working hours, if you visit main jisl campus lunch, dinner is free of cost.

Cons

There is heigher daily allowance for late hours, around 40% extaa.no other benfits provided.arials and bonus paid as per company policies .

Was with Company from 2011 to 2014 in Domestic & Export markets. Company has one of the best Product Ranges covering micro & drip irrigation, polymer piping.However, due to very large outstanding & long payment cycles, particularly in Drip Irrigation, the Company working started getting adversely affected. So they suffered for few years. I am not aware about the present status.
