Good work place and colleagues. Energetic environment, motivating and very encouraging. The university encourages extra curricular activities. Great place to work and learn.
No proper management in distance education.. the designation Assistant professor was just for namesake..they do not give opportunities to conduct video lecture. Non teaching people are very rude with the teaching faculties.still there is no action has taken against them.An executive has no work whole academic year.she is just maintaining the registrar. For that reason she is trying to controle the faculties which is insane..
Each day was a challenging...enjoyed the work atmosphere. It was a friendly environment. Colleagues were very supportive. Management was very supportive.
To start off it is a good place to work with. It didn't have much salary benefits though, but the work was much more relaxed and the work pressure wasn't there at all. it was a stress-free job
i joined as a tele counselor in jain through right track consultancy but in jain university have 2 groups one inurture courses and another jain courses.
Iworked for inurture courses like bsc animation, bca, mca. worst counselors ever met in my life. for each and every thing will give comments in front of every one in taunting way and also salary will come at 10 th of every month , if 10 th is sunday then you will get a salary on 15 th not only this, sometimes you will get 2 months salary at once bcz they won't provide salary on time. they will use the telecallers like anything and will throw you out of the company after the admission season with out seeing their performance and hard work, if your from inurture, then with out performance also will keep you, but if you are from right track will kick you out of the company before the contract period. Another thing as a telecounselor if you perform or not, managers won't come to know about your work , only counselor will know your targets, but they won't tell abt telecounselors infront of manager in meeting. For managers telecounselors won't exists.I asked and requested many people to continue here but no use, anyway everything happens for a reason , i got an good opportunity in another company with descent package

Do these reviews help you learn more about working at JAIN UNIVERSITY?
Very poor and arrogant faculties in this college. They have no basic ethicate of how to talk to students and very rude.
You will regret joining this college and the positive reviews are done by teachers themselves or those working there. It's a trap don't get into this college.
Needs improvement on Quality of education and Marketing technique. Advertising methods used are quite old. Jain Istitute are famous in every other manner.
Pros
Basically no such Pros
Cons
Targets
Very horrible work place, greatly humiliated that too if you are not a PhD from Jain University. Salary is low, work is distributed based on their likes and interests.
Pros
Library facilities
Cons
Discrimination, low salary and many more
Very adorable faculty's were in Jain. It was very nice moment working with them. All were highly educated and talented, but down to earth. I learnt a lot from them.
No work life balance. The campus being so far from the city, the management does not give relief by allowing the employees to leave early. All Saturdays are working, so the employees spend six days travelling for more than 100 kilometers per day, more than 4 hours in the bus. Too much work pressure with multiple tasks to be done, all on an urgent basis everyday. Staff are good and cooperative, problem is with the management, both at the campus, and at the main office.
Pros
Cooperative staff
Cons
Long hours, poor work life balance, no gratitude for hard work
I've been working in Jain University full-time (more than a year)
Jain University provides you with many learning and growth-opportunities. The co-workers are really helpful and is there for whenever you need help with something.
Pros
Good work culture
Cons
Salary, the only thing i dislike about Jain University
Jain University is a good place to work for a start but the salary is too low. A typical day at work would consist of teaching and handling student development activities.
Jain University will be a good place for avid learners. Good work atmosphere, and work-timings. The co-workers are extremely friendly and is always there to help you out in tough situations.
