In interview they will say to prepare for d demo. But they won't listen. By asking unwanted questions that senior professors made us to feel guilt. They will never ask related contents that what we hv prepared. Simply for name sake they can conduct d interview n they won't select. Candidates need reference otherwise there is no selection Senior Professors shows negative attitude n made others to feel down. Horrible experience.

Office staff not supportedin my 10 years working period this firm experience is very bad.management only think about productivity. never think to employee workplace culture not friendlyworking hours more then 12 hours but pay only 8 hours.

Poorly paid. Not given enough respect as a faculty. Given lot of work apart from teaching. The head of the institute has clear preferences over undergraduate and certain disciplines over post graduate. The management expects to be be fanned. Gossip mongers thrive to success. Strict academicians/ intellectuals do not find it stimulating and respectful enough. Highest attrition rate. Lack of proper infrastructure, access to library , and the worst pay, even worse HR policies makes it no way look you are in a "noble" teaching profession.

Experience at Jain University as Professor

It was my first time in the classroom. It appealed to me greatly, and I thought the work was excellent. Both the staff and the children expressed their gratitude. It was a pleasure to collaborate with this institution. As an instructor at Jain University, I believe the institution treats all of its employees fairly. The university has a retention bonus programme that effectively encourages employees to stay on. Students at college are quite helpful. A professional working environment has been established, ensuring high-quality work.
