Job culture is very bad no any Saturday week off as per Rbi 2nd and 4th should be closed remain ,this the harrasment with employees

Culture is very bad. Long working timings. You have to punch in within 8:15 in morning. Then you have to stay for 8:30 PM. Management level is very unsupportive.

Thay never tell you the exact time of your work... 7am to 10pm job with disrespect and using slang language at work is common. many employees trying to steel costumers EMI money and than blaming the costumers about late EMI payment, penalty etc

I loved working with Jana Bank. It was my First job. I received many certificates. Good support from senior. No mess in working culture. I always got recognised for my efforts.
