The company conducted a on campus drive.The first round was gd with topics related to digital form of education over formal education and some recent topics.The second round was personal interview where they ask you to pitch a product to a customer like it may be pen,earser etc. So the person who interviewd me was quite cool, They tend to ask you more questions if your answers are good..Good communication skill and confidence will help you much..The designation was for carrer development executive and graduate trainee..
