If u r serving a notice period your two months of salary will be on hold and their fnf takes lots of time. Imagine surviving without a salary for more than 2 months and fnf at 60 days is crazy.

I would like to start off with the fact that the salary package is impressive and I am able to maintain a good work-life balance. This is the perfect workplace when it comes to learning and growth. You will enjoy learning new things and experimenting with your creativity, as the people are really open to new ideas and they won’t restrain you from doing it.

Toxic work place

Management is messed up. Management people are disrespectful, unnecessarily loud. There is no work life balance. Only thing you learn here is to have lot of patience. Hardest part of job is to survive the work day. Most enjoyable part of job is leaving it. Seen maximum people having mental trauma while working here. People with normal cognitive abilities should not apply.

Sound work environment

I have been a part of the Accounting section of Jaro Education from the past one year. My experience so far has been incredible. The managers are good and supportive and so are my fellow colleagues. Unlike some other organisations where favouritism is a major issue, there is no such thing over here. Moreover, you get paid the salary you deserve.

Jaro Education’s appraisal policy and incentives are known by all. They pay really well if you are able to show productivity. Not the typical 9-5 desk job where it is ‘all work and no play’.
