There is no security of job at jaro toppscholars. People can't work more than 3 months. Useless management. Talent, hard work and honesty doesn't matter.

Please do not join Jaro Toppscholars. The company is completely out of money and have a hire and fire policy. They have no system in place. They have daily targets which you have to finish, but they do not allocate work on time. You are to ask your superiors everyday as to what work is to be done. One day suddenly you will get a call that your services are no longer required, and they have no explanations as to why they are doing this. The HR doesn't know anything about the workings of the teams, and your seniors also do not respond when asked why you are being released. If possible please stay far away from this place!!!
Pros
Got to learn something new
Cons
No stability, Less pay, No system, Seniors namesake and non responsive

Almost everything had to be figured from scratch. I learnt a lot of things there. Making of videos, content review and content creation. There is no proper structure to manage all these things. HR is just a mouth piece of the CEO. CEO takes decisions good, bad, ugly everyone has to follow it. They don't think like a team. Lot of rework had to be done because of faulty practices.
