Almost everything had to be figured from scratch. I learnt a lot of things there. Making of videos, content review and content creation. There is no proper structure to manage all these things. HR is just a mouth piece of the CEO. CEO takes decisions good, bad, ugly everyone has to follow it. They don't think like a team. Lot of rework had to be done because of faulty practices.
The company has a huge name in the market but treats its employees worst than slaves. When you arrive in the office at the start of your shift, they may just surprise you by firing you(that is relieving you) without any rhyme or reason. The management is pathetic, but you cannot blame them, since they are the puppets of the CEO.
