Good company to start

Good company for freshers and professionals with 1-2 years of experience to join. Supportive management and growth is good. But long term vision of the company is not clear.

Company is into huge loss and keeps laying off employees every month

Please consider before joining here . Since the company is close to ramping down , you might be in great risk of losing your job in few months. This is already happening in the company . Choose wisely

Good Place Explore Skills

You get opportunity to learn new tools and again it is subjective to your immediate manager. You'll get the initial support from management. However, if the management changes, they'll bring their people to work place. No matter what level of work you do, you get no support. Just follow your manager and leave.

Management and work culture should improve

Management and work culture should improve. Especially TCOE, management has no idea about the work being done. To many change in managers in almost all teams

low wage and very few hours to pay bills.

some times employees will call out, communication between managers suck, work for less, not for anyone in their thirties. managers sometimes will not answer if you call them for help. their will be a lot of teenagers will get a lot of hours and while others don't. They will cut hours if you don't make your goal or some excuse they have. however, what make this job great is that their are great managers and supervisors that will listen. but there will always be one. co workers are great, but their are a few that will not do anything and just gossip. usually its really slow on weekdays ,however on weekends is busy. customers will sometimes be rude and will try to scam you if you are not careful. This job is good for anyone trying to get extra bucks for gas or food. other than that you will regret it. after working only once or twice a week.

Pros

drawings to win, mexican food(sometimes), great co workers+managers

Cons

few hours, pay rate

Good First Job

JCPenney is a great first job. It teaches you responsibility, but gives you the room to mess up and learn and truly get the experience you need to have a career. As far as advancement goes, JCPenney isn’t the place you want to be. The raises are small and the company overall doesn’t encourage growth into management positions or higher. It’s mostly a stepping stone job to a career.

Pros

Employee discount, flexible scheduling, learning experience

Cons

Low pay, sub par management, minimal encouragement for advancement.

Wonderful place to work

Learning is immense if someone wants to grow. Best part is the management. Work culture is the best as you get to work hard but at the same time you get your sweet time to relax. All that matters is quality work.

Productive environment

The place is neat and well equipped with all amenities possible. I learned how to manage a team. The time difference was a plus point as we were ready with the work in 12 hours. People are very friendly and helping. The hardest part of the job was seeing your best designs getting rejected but with a proper explanation so that the new design is flawless. I enjoyed the US time difference gap because if they are giving us work today morning, they will receive it in the evening or the next morning.

Pros

Free dinner if working after 8

Cons

imbalanced workflow
