Relaxed and Comfortable , Healthy Work Life

University is offering numbers of Courses but Mostl importantly Management is not much concerned about performance of Academic Teaching Faculty. Faculties are busy in Time consuming in class rather than Quality . Job Security is only for those who are close to management as well as Very irregularities in Salary. Faculties are getting salary but in begging manner. Quality People , Worst Management, least Quantity Education.

Not good enough salary. Good work -home life balance. People used to practice politics here. Diversity in culture affected people from different ends of India.
