I joined Infoedge Jeevansathi.com in dec 2019 . It is really a good company. I was in renewal process where I have to talk to customer to renew their plan. It was very good. The office was very good. Finding a pg near by it was very easily. The work culture is very good, others employees were very helping and kind.Manager and HR will be their for you to help you in anything you need. But have to work on weakness but that was not a problem with me as I got rotational off according to to my need. During pendamic company was very supportive. Overall it is really a very good company and pay very good and on time. Also I have to meet the target but it was also easy. The target concept was the motivational factor to work everyday.

Hope This helps the HR of company and job seekers The senior level person are making work life balance Below averageNeither executive level nor Manager level nor the HR's can do justice because policy maker are raw and have experienced from 3 grade sort of company and implementing same raw technique in brand company and spoiling the work cultureUnder a name flexible timing They'll make you work more than 12 hrs a dayI'm in sales from 7 years but haven't seen any brand company using such foul words, Some of the employee at good level spoiling the culture Not everyone is culpritThere are many Good employee but under such management they cant even speak, Hope I did justice with a reply and help you guys to take fair decisionAll the best for future.

More than 12 hrs of working per day, Extreme Foul language used by management, No hearing of your complaints, Fake promising regarding complain are CONFIDENTIAL, NO leaves take Rotational offs
