CreatorsLab has been a source of support for me and my team. We've gotten our projects done, and we've had trainers and managers who were very helpful in understanding the project well. We've also had the opportunity to participate in an internship program, which was a great way to practice what we learned at work.

it was very tough working as MNCH technical officer

worked in the field and covered 5districts Pemba, choma, kalomo, zimba, livingstone. I scored a plus + in the districts. what I have learned in management, you need to plan the work and work within the exiting planned activities in the district. supervise the work closely in order to achieve your goal The hardest part was long distances where you are not considered lunch. you 179 kilometers go come. it was hard and tiresome. the most enjoyable is achieve your planned activities. and meeting the target.

Pros

we did not receive free lunch within. but we were given perdiem if going to spend a night.

Cons

no short breaks, you follow the a required live procedure

Travel is the major concern in Job. Reaching the needy people & see their smile on their face boost us to do more for them. I have learned the different cultures of people all over india. Management was good until you do your job.

Its is good place where you have work life balance and you also have the opportunity to learn core aspects of public health. You also get plenty of opportunities to switch between projects in case projects are closing.

JHPIEGO is a very good organization and I have learned a lot with JHPIEGO and still continuing to learn , there are expert trainers in JHPIEGO and it was my first exposure to public health field through Jhpiego where apart form the technical knowledge I have also improved my liasoning skills and communication skills, the management is very supportive and co workers are very helpful, most enjoyable part is that I can expand the boundaries of knowledge I have gained in nursing and use it for the up gradation and standardization of nursing institutions at the district level.
