Iam an associate in my jio digital past 3 years in tamilnadu at the time of joining my salary take home is rs.9037.now rs.10995.There is no growth for employees. Also work timing is 9.30 am to more than 10.00 pm. In meeting time you must come before half an hour (9am).And all festival converted into big day so there is no leave before 5 days and after 3 days of festival day,including may 1 st also no leave. Full of stress working there is a target of all categories and release of incentive is very very low compared to other companies. If Your efforts give in other company you get rs. 40000 incentive and above here you get rs 3000-5000.So kindly decide once you choose
