No productivity, there is no new things to learn. It's a indian based cluture. Shifts are general , there is no work load compared to other companies.

Linux System Administrator (Former Employee) - Navi Mumbai, India - January 26, 2016
Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd. is India's first telecom operator to hold pan India unified licence to provide 4G services.
I was responsible for Linux system administrator's position in Manager cadre.
I have managed 80 vendors through the development cycle at Reliance Jio 4G Lab to production staff (Internet Data center -IDC) by performing various technical operations, activities.
I have learned team building and team management skills.
Implemented Change request management process for resolving Vendor queries.
The most enjoyable part of my job was when I had completed OS installation of 9 HP C7000 Chassis by creating automated script for OS installation before the deadline.
I reduced OS installation time by automating kick start file with customized OS including interface bonding, 3rd party packages, Post-installation scripts.
I was appreciated by the upper management for my contributions by offering me a 5/5 rating for timely and efficient completion of the assigned projects.
Pros
Exposure to huge IT infrastructure labs and data centers. A lot of learning.
Cons
No cons. Perfect work life experience

Average pay,no work life balance
Software Developer (Current Employee) - Mumbai, Maharashtra - July 5, 2023
Open communication and visibility for good work.No work life balance. But your job is secure here. No one will fire you even if you don't do anything.Difficult to grow your technical skills.
