Working hours at JIO was flexible as we only have to present 7.30 hours a day at office irrespective of the punch in time. I personally gained lots of qualities during this tenure including management,leadership and punctuality.

Lots of Work under pressure which can be done without exerting the pressure. Salary is not comensurate with work extracted by the Management. There is lot of bossism in the organisation.

Open communication and visibility for good work.No work life balance. But your job is secure here. No one will fire you even if you don't do anything.Difficult to grow your technical skills.
