The senior management use his way to deal with junior manager for project. No I growth prospects here.My experience is very bad with Reliance. May be possible only my team head is having problem. Other team are working good.

Open communication and visibility for good work.No work life balance. But your job is secure here. No one will fire you even if you don't do anything.Difficult to grow your technical skills.
