Overall great work. Work life balance is not there because we have to be 9 hours in the office. Less leaves, I applied 2 leaves every month and manager had threatened with PIP. Good place to wageslave overall

Good company

Good company to join. Just have to manage 9 hrs policy which is strictly observed.hikes are also less always. You may never get a double digit hike also variable pay is also not upto the mark.

Working atmosphere is defferent to person to person.

Being a people manager, I have to plan the day with priorities the same need to download to the down layers.State level people are really carrier they don't have any visibility to drive a program.A country like India, the organisation need to plan all activities based on the geographical culture are situation.

It was very stressful to work there, as there are very frequently change in projects and it's tech stack.

I was average company to start with. Some good people are also there. There are to much politics at higher level. Something it destroys work if you involved in that.

Politics are very high here,

Daily work is good, you can easily manage your personal life and your professional life, but when it time to appraisal it's worse due to politics is very high in management level

Work life balance is good here, job is secure until you come into integration situation, your manager are different for admin and function. Lots of department to support.

Great learning

Lots of work and hence lots to learn.Desi culture but good hikes and performance variable is paid 100% but delayed.Appraisal is always delayed by almost 8 months every year

Pathetic place to work

Management is patheticHR is just for the name sakeSugar coating people are given more preference than a skilled employee. Hardest part of the job is working with the unskilled boss. The enjoyable part of the job was the serving the notice period.
