Work on New tech, but the Work Environment is Stressfull, keep meeting deadlines after deadlines. Work Life balance goes for a Toss . Very tough to get used to such environment, where things changes quickly and people breathing down your throat
Pros
Lot of Learning oppurtunities
Cons
Stressful Environment, Less leaves, Work life balance is not there
Such a beautiful multinational company ❤️.. seeing beautiful work environment gave me boost to enter into company.. everything is very well setup inside.. nice cafeteria..too much crowd in interview panel.. Top infrastructure inside.. i went for. Non voice process.. it took me lot of time to get to recruiter
They are not worried about their employees. In a single day they terminate employees in thousands. While working on jio you feel you are the onwer of the company.
Good team to work with, supporting manager and good working environment.
There are so many option to learn new things
overall a good experience but salary hike is less
There are a lot of learning opportunities at Embibe, but no work life balance. This is ideal for someone who is starting their career or looking for a push to the next level.
It was a good learning experience working with Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd. Got the experience of handling different functions apart from sales. I learn multi tasking, managing teams of different functions, working at the ground level before launching the biggest start up of India, recruiting manpower for different roles at the Jio Centre etc.
The working hours were obviously longer and had to work on weekends as it was a start up and activities were planned to acquire customers during weekends and holidays.
The management induced lot of energy when any new product or plan was launched.
Worst company to work with , no work life balance, employees are not treated good, 12 hours of working.
Dependent on NHQ for everything
6 days to of working for area and only 5 days of working to NHQ
very bad work culture and stressful environment. No value for the employees and consider them as slaves. No overtime paid and forced to work 24x7x365 days in a year

Do these reviews help you learn more about working at Jio?
We were able to manage multiple people. various flavours of people from different part of world. Met people from different grades like a officer to CEO. Very remarkable experience.
Culture is not good to work and not happy with the management and not able to spend time with family and have to work for extra hours without any benefit.
Good worklife balance and job security is good. Good facilities in bangalore office. There are chances of visiting mumbai offices on regular basis for which Jio provides good facilities
You can learn many things. Automatically you will became as a hard worker. You have to concentrate on your work even if it's a holiday too.As a network engineer you will get many exposure and you will get hands-on experience with different devices.
Pros
1. You are free to explore things on you own , if u like some technology and show skills and zest to work for it , u will definitely get to have hands on.
Cons
Work pressure is very high
Being a traditional distribution, learnt new ways of distribution and first in industry always for new things. Like to work again one.more chance provided.
Pros
Large scale operations, new learnings and respect in society
Cons
Work life balance
Everyone in the company plays a lot of blame game. Too much of politics and less of work .kindly don't join this company, nothing to learn as such.too much sir/madam culture which diverts the attention to actually work
Productive work place. Learnt a lot of new things. Had a great experience in working as an intern. Had worked on frequencies and speed of LTE(Long Term Evolution)
An excellent workplace to learn and enjoy work. Updated and latest technology updates on 4G (LTE).Constant support from learning and project team to get updated with running and upcoming telecom technologies.
