Best Telecom company to work with. If you're fortune enough to work in jio. Then jio go for jio. Airtel and Vodafone are not good place to work. Especially Airtel because I've worked in both Jio and Airtel. I still reget for leaving jio and joining Airtel.

Pros

You can learning everything from grassroot level over here, services provided to employees over here etc

Cons

Promotion gets delayed everytime because of negligence of your JC

Work cluture

Very stressful.. duty hours almost 12hours per day.. Sunday also not full day off.. work cluture is also very poor.. no future prospects or growth.. don't recommend

I joined their with very optimistic approach that it will not be conventional reliance company which earlier lots of people face but after joining n spent some time it turned out to be a nightmare for me as well as all of my colleagues because here HR is very weak in addressing any issue, no career growth was visible, monotonous work with unnecessary pressure creation, high politics,salary increment is near to nothing. Due to their centralized system states don't have any rights at any level in taking decisions at their own so no support received at any level.

In Reliance Jio, employees are treated as Commodities. They believe in Hire & Fire Policy. Nepotism is at the helm of affairs. Technically, it is one of the most advanced organisation to work for, but the people working on those technologies are not equipped to handle them. Trust is missing at all levels.
