It's a good company to work. My job was not limited to one profile so I got chance to work with all teams at my office. Had to travel daily sometimes. Good place if you like constantly changing JDs.

Typical day Starts with Concalls before office hours You learn or you have to learn a lot of new things which are irrelevant to your KRA/ past experience/domain and you to excel in those things Management: At least in my case i found it very biased. If your manager is not happy with you he will ruin your career. Senior mgrs give negative feedbacks to other management people about you just to satisfy their ego even though you excel or be at par with top performers within your team endless VC's & Skpe meets.Job Threats very common. You can loose your job at any time, mgrs will never stand by with you. No proper appraisals. common hike. one should be very carefull with your F&F settlements Enjoyable Part : U just carry a myth that you are part of indias most strong business group

Got cheated & fooled by the management & recruiters. At the time of recruitment it was committed that Jio Point Manager will be responsible for 80% technical & 20% sale but the reallity is on the name of UJPM they are treating as sales person forcing to do door to door sales. Very much dissappointed with the organization. Company played with the carriers of several techincal employees

Typical Day @ work - Dont plan urself, as when u plan for a day u always endup with some other work which is not even in your KPA, They Make you Jack of all trades and master of none in same salary. Learning - U will learn a lot many new things here, unfortunately it will not help in getting new job in your field. Management - More like a proprietary firm, not corporate. Workplace Culture - Nice offices but culture depends on your immediate manager and colleagues Hardest Part of the job - You never know when you will be thrown out of your job Enjoyable part of the job - Last Working Day, Finally end of Bad Dream Company is filled with Biased Managers doing politics. You are not appraised on your work, but relations with seniors. No promotions, No Salary Hikes. To survive in JIO you must be capable of understanding politics & be able to please ur bossess. NO JOB SECURITY AT ALL - ONCE UR BOSS HAS FINALISED TO GET RID OF YOU, THEN U CAN GET REMOVED AT ANYTIME WITH OUT ANY NOTICE & REASONS. THEY WILL ISSUE TERMINATION IF NOT RESIGNED.
