Overall Jio is very Good, Highly technical, fast moving, secured company to work. Where you can find highly skilled and tech enthusiastic people working around. There is a lot to learn and open to learn environment But In our department especially there was less members than requirement. so everybody was so overloaded that you cant balance your work and personal life. In your entire shift you have to work like a machine without a break for several hours. have to attain 4-6 hours non stop con call and have to rectify the issue simultaneously. It makes you sick and frustrated.
Job security, Good office infra, Family insurance coverage, Great Annual functions
Over loaded with work, no work life balance, low annual increment, very bad management
Pros: Good work-life balance on-time salary Work environment same as any start-up outdoor stadium for all sport Cons: ->Minimal salary hikes..this year no salary hikes(engineering dept.) ->Hr management is one of the worst here ->Juniors get paid more than seniors (as recruited from tier 1-2 college) and even you are from a tier 1 college they won't match your salary to the juniors. ->Forget about any outdoor events or party here you have to work till last year they provide some reimbursement this year cancelled it too.
Good work-life balance
Salary band not fixed juniors get paid more
Good to work here, but Management have no approach for their base employee. Lot of work pressure. Working place is good overall say good Experience will like to work again with some other projects and team.
My working in Reliance Jio was really great, as I had learned a lot of new things there which helped in all round development of my career and personality
Embrace transparency. Transparency isn't just positive for employees. ... Recognize and reward valuable contributions is there Cultivate strong coworker relationships is plus point in jio Embrace and inspire employee autonomy Practice flexibility Communicate purpose and passion Promote a team atmosphere.
Need to give the employees needed importance. Those who have God father's here get immense growth without doing any work. So the management should be more active and need to change the government sort of approach.
Salary growth too poorr
Lot of learning tasks. Good working environment. Employee and their family programs Flexi timing for work. Support of higher management. Lot of test labs for network poc
In my stint as a Senior Manager I came across various tasks which I had not undertaken in my previous ventures. There was a lot of co-ordination among different teams for tasks that had to be carried out to fix the newly launched systems. Management has been very co-operative in providing all the necessary tools required to complete the projects undertaken.
1. A typical day at work is busy 2. Software/internet security skills are scope for learning 3. Good management 4. Lively workplace 5. Risk assessment is hardest part of the job 6. Manager work is most enjoyable part of the job
Mostly, the telecom work culture is hectic. No one trusts you, and your potential. You are working on the system you thoroughly dont know. If anything goes wrong, you alone are responsible.
