Not a good company for people with less than 10years experience . No proper increment. No support for rationalization of salary.. people with less designation shall have more salary .. No band.

Worst Experience

Worst Experience no personal life salary for on one post but you have to work minimum 3 division or post lots of boss you have recruitment for different post actual work for different post. only 5% to 7% increment no job security at time of joining the say variable pay of this much amount but while actual payment it is only 50% or below that.

The place is simply about exploitation of employees and no work life balance and the thing matters the most in this company is how long you are there

As any family business, the office is run around one single person in charge. You are either in his circle or you are no body. Communication between management and staff is zero. With most of the decisions being made in Mumbai, the workers in this office have almost no power.
