Reliance Jio infocomm limited is a telecommunication company in India. It is one of the world's largest service provider for VoLTE network. As a network engineer, our typical day constitutes of troubleshooting, analysis and resolution of complex network issues as well as resolving individual customer issues via analysis. Network expansion and node maintenance are also performed as per requirements and instructions from network planning team. Here I learned about various network issues, KPI (key performance indicators) monitoring, POI, customer issue resolution in a structured and timely manner. Workplace culture is employee friendly and management is good.
