You get a lot of production exposure even as a fresher. You get to work on cutting edge technologies. Work on highly scalable systems. But jio pays very less as compared to all the other organisations for same role. Very Less Paid for the amount of valuable hours you put in. Management is not good, Product management is a complete mess. Things won't be properly Structured. Won't be properly logged , won't be properly tracked.

Good company for freshers not for experience people

Pros: Good work-life balance on-time salary Work environment same as any start-up outdoor stadium for all sport Cons: ->Minimal salary hikes..this year no salary hikes(engineering dept.) ->Hr management is one of the worst here ->Juniors get paid more than seniors (as recruited from tier 1-2 college) and even you are from a tier 1 college they won't match your salary to the juniors. ->Forget about any outdoor events or party here you have to work till last year they provide some reimbursement this year cancelled it too.

All very good experience I have in Relinace Jio Infocomm Limited. Worked on various applications and systems. All over I learned so many new thigns in Jio. As this is my 1st Job and also My dream job to work in this organisation. All happy years of Jio.

Free office buses to rabale and ghansoli stations.

Cons

It is all your wish to work after your 9 hours completed. And learn something new.

Work comes haphazardly with uncontrolled work pressure. Sometimes you will be free to work, sometimes you will not be able to get up from the seat. Most of the times, work comes at 7 PM when you're about to leave and they will make you sit by 10 - 11 PM ruining your remaining day.

Chance to work with high end engineering team

Everyday was a challenge to bring out the best out of each player of the team. Got a chance to work wit good engineers from all over the world with really good software background and expertise. All your ideas will be heard seriously and worked upon to create a better working environment and positive culture. The work life balance was really good and management tried their best to keep the employees happy and positive in order to get the best out of them. Though the time period was short, but it was a great experience working at Reliance.

Nice workplace

A really good place for a beginner to start with. I started out as a software developer with a pretty decent salary. A typical day would start with a meeting to discuss the work done and what's left. Things that are left are solved and to be implemented within that day.
